Honestly, when I started my career, I never imagined that I will be an Agile Practitioner or be coaching people yet looking back every step I’ve taken in my career has led me here. I started to learn about agile when I was still a Business System Analyst and got introduced to Scrum training by my Project Manager – and it completely changed the trajectory of my career. I didn’t know there was a label for that style of managing work and people. It seemed to make sense to me at the time so jumping into Agile wasn’t really a big stretch for me.

Since 2014 she has been helping organizations adopt Agile practices as a Scrum Master, then as an Internal and External Coach. Over the last couple of years, she has been focusing on Organizational Development and Change Management in an Agile context at global platform. These roles taught her all sides of the business, from what teams need, to the struggles of middle management, to the paradigm shift needed throughout the business for agility to be sustainable and to foster transition that resulted in significant workflow optimization, shorter time to market, internal and external transparency, and reduction of development costs
